Terms & Conditions
For members and pass holders.
1. General Provisions and Acceptance
1.1. Scope: These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of digital cards, passes, and related platform services issued by BGP Global Systems (hereinafter: Provider).
1.2. Automatic Acceptance: By registering on the BGP Global platform and purchasing a digital card or pass, the User expressly accepts and acknowledges these Terms as binding.
2. Pass Types, Status, and Validity
2.1. Founding Pass — Lifetime Status: Founding Passes and associated digital badges sold prior to the official launch of the mobile app possess lifetime validity. After the app goes live, Founding Passes can no longer be purchased as a payment option.
2.2. Standard and Periodic Passes: Standard cards and passes sold after the official launch of the app have a fixed duration; their expiration dates are determined by the conditions stated at the time of purchase.
2.3. 'Founder Priority' and VIP Privileges: Founding and VIP Pass holders are entitled to priority treatment ("Founder Priority Hospitality") indicated by the Merchant QR Scanner at partner venues, within contractual frameworks.
3. BGP Spirit, Community Conduct, and Behavioral Code
3.1. Values of the BGP Community: BGP Global is an exclusive, premium ecosystem built upon mutual respect, dignity, respect for local culture, and strict compliance with the rules of partner venues. Card-holding members act as ambassadors of the community.
3.2. Civilized Behavior and Prohibition of Misuse: Users must behave in a civilized manner at partner venues. Scandalous or aggressive behavior, harassment of staff or other guests, and unacceptable conduct resulting from excessive or uncontrolled alcohol or substance use are strictly prohibited.
3.3. Proper Handling of Cards and Priority Treatment: The card and associated "Founder Priority" privileges (special respect and discounts) represent the Partner's recognition of the member, but they do not entitle anyone to use them aggressively for demanding special treatment, intimidating staff, displaying arrogant superiority, or violating venue house rules. Privileges must be handled in the spirit of dignity, gratitude, and civilized presence.
4. Card Usage Rules and Discounts
4.1. Personal Use: BGP Global digital cards are strictly for personal use. Transferring, sharing with others, or multiple usage is prohibited.
4.2. Claiming Discounts: Users may redeem discounts (welcome drinks, snacks, percentage discounts) on-site by scanning the official BGP sign posted by the Partner and validating their dynamic QR code on the Merchant QR Scanner.
4.3. Prohibition of Abuse: Any abuse (e.g., forged codes, attempting to use screenshots, claiming discounts on behalf of others, or severe violation of the behavioral rules detailed in Section 3) will result in the immediate revocation of the card, permanent account suspension, and expulsion from the community.
5. Administrative Powers and Account Suspension
5.1. Provider Rights: BGP Global Systems reserves the right to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently deactivate User accounts or digital cards in the event of breaches of the Terms, payment disputes, complaints, or suspicion of misuse.
5.2. Invalid Cards: Discounts cannot be claimed with expired or administratively/disciplinarily suspended cards; the scanner will display a red screen indicating a lack of eligibility.
6. Financial Terms, Fees, and Currency Handling
6.1. Currencies and Prices: Pass prices are set in Euros within the eurozone (€29 / €69 / €199) and in equivalent USD in non-euro zones ($29 / $69 / $199). The billing system automatically converts local payments into the appropriate currency.
6.2. Pre-Launch Refund Policy: Passes and contributions purchased during the pre-launch phase are non-refundable; funds are directly allocated to software development and network expansion.
7. Data Privacy and Jurisdiction
7.1. Data Management: The Provider manages User data in strict compliance with GDPR regulations solely for the purpose of providing the service. The Merchant scanner displays only the minimum data required for card validation on the partner side.
